1. What you're buying

A one-time payment buys promotional placement of one link behind one word. Placement lasts until someone outbids you. That can happen a minute later. Being outbid is part of the service and is not a refund event.

Paying more does two things at once: it moves your word up the list, and it makes the word more expensive to steal.

2. Pricing

Claim any unclaimed word from $2. Whole dollars only.

To take a held word, your lifetime total on that word must reach the current holder's total plus $5 or 5%, whichever is larger. The exact amount you need to pay is shown before checkout.

Your lifetime total on a word counts. If you spent $50 on banana and someone takes it with $60, the next minimum is $65 and you only pay $15 to take it back.

Holders can add money to their own word at any time (minimum $5) to build a moat.

3. Clean words only

Slurs, hate speech, profanity and sexual terms are not claimable. Every word passes a blocklist and an automated review before it is listed. We may remove any word at our discretion.

Words are letters only, in any language. Up to two words of 16 letters each, 30 characters max.

Coffee, coffee and COFFEE are the same word. The list shows the casing of the first claim.

4. Clean links only

A product or website URL, or an X @handle. No adult or NSFW content, no scams or deceptive pages, no illegal content, no chat or invite links (Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord and the like), no link shorteners.

Click-tracking parameters (fbclid, gclid and similar) are stripped. Ordinary UTM parameters are kept. Links are re-checked periodically after they go live.

5. Enforcement

Violating words or links are removed without a refund. We may also delist on receipt of a valid legal complaint.

6. No affiliation

Words are dictionary strings, not endorsements. Holding a word implies no connection to any brand or trademark holder. Trademark owners: report a word.

7. All payments are final

No refunds, no payouts, no cash value, no resale, except where the law requires otherwise. In the rare case of simultaneous payments on the same word, the later payment becomes site credit on your account.
